PC magazine rocks my socks off.

Woo hoo!

Let's all stand up and give a massive round of applause to the phenomenal Where I've Been team. Our application has been voted one of the best Facebook applications, according to PC Magazine. Out of the 43756765656746436 (hehe, rough guess) apps floating around out there, PC mag picked W.I.B for it's practicality, structure, and design. Brittany Petersen, a writer for PC Mag, says:

"With Where I've Been, you can brag to the entire Facebook community about what countries you've lived in (highlighted in red), where you've visited (blue), and where you still want to go (green). It'd be nice if the application integrated some of the functionality of SideStep's Trips application, which lets you display your planned trips and invite friends to "go along" with you. But I prefer the simple and effective design, as well as the larger user base, of Where I've Been. The interactive world map allows you to mark both countries and cities, as well as U.S. states, Canadian provinces, and a few other international regions (for example, Australia's six states). It's a fun way to keep track of where you and your friends have been, as well as keeping tabs on what old friends are up to now (or, at least, what corner of the world they've managed to reach). The app is hooked into Orbitz, which can be either annoying or helpful, depending on whether you want help finding airfare to the places you'd like to visit."

(... not gonna lie, contrary to Brittany Petersen's opinion, I kinda like the Ninjas vs. Pirates app. I am a pirate and I thoroughly enjoy attacking those blasted ninjas. aarrrrrrrrg!)
